SCOTT CHRISTIAN UNIVERSITY INSTITUTIONAL REPOSITORY DEPOSIT AGREEMENT

The Scott Christian University (SCU) Library maintains an Institutional Repository (IR) to preserve, showcase, and provide open access to the University's scholarly output.

By submitting your work to the SCU Institutional Repository, you (the author(s) or copyright owner) grant Scott Christian University a non-exclusive license to archive, preserve, format, copy, store, and make the work available while retaining full copyright and all other intellectual property rights.

By accepting this agreement, you confirm and agree that:

1. AUTHORIZATION & ORIGINALITY: You are the author or have the explicit authority of the author(s) to enter into this agreement, and hereby grant SCU the right to store and disseminate your work(s) through the Institutional Repository for open access.
2. CONTENT CLEARANCE: The submitted work(s) do not contain any confidential, defamatory, or proprietary information, and do not violate the legal rights or intellectual property of any third party.
3. REMOVAL RIGHTS: SCU Institutional Repository retains the right to remove the work(s) for professional or administrative reasons, or if found to violate the legal rights of any party.
4. INFRINGEMENT DISCLAIMER: SCU Institutional Repository shall not be under obligation to take legal action on behalf of the depositor or other rights holders in the event of infringement of intellectual property rights or any other rights of the material deposited.

By proceeding with this deposit, you hereby grant Scott Christian University Institutional Repository a non-exclusive license on the terms outlined above.
